ABOUT US
KAREN FASLER, JD, MBA, RN began her career as a registered nurse before pursuing a law degree (JD) and a business degree (MBA). Karen is a member of the ABA, Section of Dispute Resolution (Collaborative Law Committee) and the ABA Health Law Section; the Global Collaborative Law Council; and past member of the International Academy of Collaborative Professionals (past member of the Civil Committee and past Chair, Medical Issues Subcommittee). Karen currently conducts research into the use of Collaborative Law for resolving issues related to the provision of healthcare services. She has conducted presentations and authored several articles on this topic.
